Overview

Jake Kimble, the last survivor of the tragic Chicago incident, meets his end in solitary confinement. His physician delves into his disturbing accounts of a ghostly woman dressed in white with long hair. Meanwhile, a mysterious Japanese woman appears at Jake's former apartment complex, determined to assist in breaking the deadly curse that haunts them all.
