Rang De Basanti

Overview

In "Rang De Basanti," a group of Delhi University graduates finds themselves aimlessly wandering their old campus until a British filmmaker enlists them to portray freedom fighters from India's colonial past in her upcoming movie. Initially indifferent to politics, their lives take a dramatic turn when a close friend's tragic death, resulting from government corruption, ignites a dormant sense of patriotism. Motivated by the legacy of the heroes they depict, the friends unite to seek justice and take a stand against the injustices plaguing their society.
