Overview

Amidst a backdrop of rampant crime, the mayor and his rival are brutally murdered during an election campaign, sparking chaos in the city. FBI agents John Archer and Mila Driver are assigned to the case, but their partnership is anything but smooth. As they dig deeper into the investigation, they uncover a web of corruption and dark secrets lurking within City Hall that may be more dangerous than the assassin they seek.
