Overview

After a devastating winter storm claimed her mother, Gerda and her father manage their secluded hotel, but loneliness hangs heavy in the air. Gerda finds solace in her friendship with Kai, the charming bellboy. One fateful night, a mysterious guest, the enigmatic Snow Queen, appears and, by morning, has whisked Kai away.
