Overview

A group of street-smart urban kids and a club of aspiring suburban federal agents initially clash but must unite to save one boy's father, a brilliant inventor of a powerful explosive and its remote detonator. The father has been captured by the nefarious "Flaming Torch Gang," a band of foreign subversives.
