Overview

Pulcinella, a bumbling servant, embarks on a journey from the depths of Mt. Vesuvius to modern-day Campania to fulfill the dying wish of Tommaso, a devoted shepherd who has cared for a decaying Bourbon estate. His task is to rescue Sarchiapone, a young buffalo. Accompanied by the buffalo, Pulcinella travels north, experiencing the enchanting and forgotten landscapes of Italy. Their adventure becomes a poignant exploration of friendship, duty, and the beauty of a land caught between past and present.
