Overview

Wealthy financier J.B. Ball grows weary of his lavishly indulgent family. In a fit of frustration, he tosses his wife's extravagant new sable coat out the window, only for it to land on Mary Smith, a struggling working girl. As Mary grapples with the unexpected windfall, J.B. quickly discovers that parting with such a prized possession isn't as simple as he assumed. The coat sparks a series of comedic and poignant events, leading both characters on an unexpected journey of self-discovery and the true value of generosity.
