Overview

Harold, a seasoned gambler, travels across the western U.S. with his girlfriend, Bonita, a lounge singer. He discovers that he has a lucky streak when young blackjack dealer Willie is around, leading to a series of wins. Meanwhile, Bonita and Willie develop feelings for one another and hatch a dangerous plan to eliminate Harold and cash in on his life insurance. As their scheme unfolds, tensions rise, testing loyalties and love in a high-stakes game where luck may not be the only factor at play.
