Overview

Set against the backdrop of wartime England in 1941, a fleet of under-equipped tugboats ventures into the perilous "U-Boat Alley" to assist damaged Allied vessels. David Ross, an American newly appointed as captain, receives a mysterious key from a fellow tugboat crew member.
