Overview

An atomic scientist mysteriously appears in a river, shot in the back and radiating an eerie glow. This peculiar radioactivity propels him seven-and-a-half seconds into the future. Enlisting the help of an intrepid reporter, he must confront his malevolent doppelgänger, who seeks to sabotage his groundbreaking work on artificial tungsten.
