Overview

Bill O'Neal, tasked by FBI Agent Mitchell and J. Edgar Hoover, goes undercover to penetrate the Black Panther Party. As he navigates this perilous double life, he witnesses the rise of charismatic Chairman Fred Hampton, who becomes romantically involved with a fellow activist.
