Overview

Reckless police inspector Sai Gau (Zhang Jin) is determined to dismantle Shing's (Shawn Yue) gold smuggling operation but struggles to bring him to justice. As his pursuit intensifies, Sai Gau uncovers Shing's ties to the ruthless triad leader Blackie (Yasuaki Kurata), who lurks aboard a high-stakes casino cruise. Amidst a deadly power struggle, Shing is forced to eliminate his adoptive father and loses his share of the smuggling profits to Blackie. Seeking retribution, Shing confronts his enemies on the cruise, where Sai Gau is hot on his trail, setting the stage for a tense showdown.
