Overview

In "Summer City," a group of four friends embarks on a carefree road trip filled with surfing and pub-hopping. However, the atmosphere turns tense when Sandy, a reserved young man, becomes frustrated with Boo, the loud and womanizing member of their crew. Boo's reckless behavior leads him to seduce a teenage girl, igniting the wrath of her unstable father, who seeks vengeance for his daughter's distress.
