Overview

Set in early 90s Moldova, Dima, a tractor driver, yearns to join the military for the conflict along the Transnistrian border. He is joined by Vasea, a seasoned Afghan war veteran. Their journey to the front takes a bizarre turn when they stumble upon a carbonized corpse, only to find authorities indifferent to their plight for identification. Determined to honor the deceased, Dima and Vasea embark on an absurd quest, taking the body with them as they seek answers and aim to give it a proper Christian burial.
