Overview

In a dystopian future, the Japanese government enacts the brutal "Battle Royale" law, compelling a group of ninth-grade students to fight to the death. Separated from the outside world, they are thrust into a deadly game where only one can survive. As alliances form and betrayals unfold, the students grapple with their morality and the desperate need to survive.
