Overview

Taxi driver Lung harbors a deep infatuation for TV news reporter Jenny Tung. To win her heart, he shares small news tips, but her smug lawyer boyfriend, John Liu, dismisses Lung, claiming Jenny only cares about significant stories. When a string of murders grips the city, Lung seizes the opportunity to feed Jenny information about the crimes. However, as he becomes increasingly involved, questions arise about his true connection to the events unfolding around them.
