Overview

Eager to impress their affluent peers, a couple makes a risky financial leap to buy a home in a prestigious neighborhood, lured by its steep discount following a tragic murder/suicide by the former occupants. Shortly after settling in, they strike up a friendship with a seemingly charming neighbor.
