Overview

Saul's persecution of early Christians in the Bible finds a modern parallel in this drama. A troubled high school student, known for bullying those around him, faces a life-altering accident that forces him to confront his actions. As he embarks on a journey of redemption, he strives to reconcile with those he has wronged and discover the better person within. Interestingly, Overcome shares a striking resemblance to Turn Around (2007), featuring a shift from evangelical themes to Mormon ones, while curiously renaming the same cast members in an attempt to mask its origins.
