Overview

Rival diamond smugglers Tiger and Franco clash over a priceless gem. While Tiger presents himself as a typical businessman, Franco is a dangerous playboy whose arrogance drives him to murder his mistress for betrayal. The coveted diamond makes its way to Hong Kong with Richard, who seeks to negotiate with Franco.
