Overview

Disillusioned by the unethical implications of his work, a scientist dismantles his advanced flying laser weapon, which catches the attention of terrorists eager to exploit it. After kidnapping him, they demand he reconstruct his dangerous invention. Meanwhile, a dubious government official enlists seasoned Special Forces operatives Ron Morrell and John Slade.
