Overview

After a harrowing hostage rescue mission results in the death of his partner, cop Jack finds himself grappling with loss and vengeance. The terrorist responsible is convicted and sentenced to death, but Jack soon discovers a shocking twist: the man is resurrected as a cyborg weapon for the "Anti-Terrorist Group."
