Overview

Set in 1970s Hong Kong, the newly established Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) aims to dismantle a syndicate run by British officials. Senior Investigator Lau Kai-Yuen, known for exposing numerous corrupt figures, believes he is on the brink of achieving stability for the city. However, as a wave of greed surges, he finds himself drawn into a deeper, more treacherous conflict where corruption threatens to undermine everything he has fought for.
