Overview

Costica, a disillusioned jobless man, decides to run for president, driven by a desire to claim his neighbor's coveted parking space. Unbeknownst to him, his candidacy is being exploited by a political party with ulterior motives that aim to sabotage the election and perpetuate their own corrupt practices. As Costica navigates the chaotic and often absurd world of politics, he grapples with the realization that he may be a pawn in a larger scheme, leading him to question his ambitions and the integrity of those around him.
