Overview

In the early 1900s Tennessee, a close-knit family is shattered when the father dies in a sudden accident. Left behind, the grieving widow and her young son struggle through the painful aftermath, their days filled with quiet sorrow. Yet, little by little, they begin to mend, finding small sparks of strength amid the loss. With time, they slowly rebuild their lives, daring once more to embrace the promise of a hopeful future.
