Overview

Filmed from 2014 to 2019 in Zhili, a district within Huzhou City in Zhejiang province, China, this movie highlights a bustling hub of over 18,000 privately-owned workshops dedicated to manufacturing children's clothing. While the majority of these garments cater to the domestic market, some are also exported. The workshops provide employment to approximately 300,000 migrant workers, primarily hailing from rural regions such as Yunnan, Guizhou, Anhui, Jiangxi, Henan, and Jiangsu.
