Overview

Gamze and her twin sister Nazan study at the conservatory, where both fall for Haldun. Though Haldun is drawn to Gamze, he ends up marrying Nazan. Devastated, Gamze leaves Istanbul. Nazan, unhappy with Haldun, secretly sees Memduh and dies in a car crash while fleeing to Europe with him. That same day, Haldun mistakes Gamze for Nazan. She tries to explain, but he won’t listen. Years later, they have a son, Harun. When Memduh returns, he also mistakes Gamze for Nazan. To protect her family, Gamze agrees to meet him—but Haldun walks in and misreads the situation.
