Overview

In a quiet town, four boys are abducted by the seemingly gentle but dangerously twisted James Whitley, who believes in reuniting orphaned children with their deceased parents. Their daring escape leads to Whitley's arrest, but fifteen years later, a prison fire allows him to escape and resume his sinister mission. Detective Larson, a former victim of Whitley, is sidelined from the investigation due to his bias, leaving his partner and love interest, Detective Shotwell, to lead. Driven by vengeance and a thirst for redemption, Larson pursues Whitley alone, unwittingly stepping into the very trap he once evaded.
