Overview

A medical evacuation plane goes down in the treacherous snowy Rockies, leaving a pilot, two paramedics, a frantic father, and his two-year-old daughter as the sole survivors. As the girl’s dire condition deteriorates, her father spirals into panic, while the injured pilot struggles to maintain control. The paramedics face the combined challenge of their emotional limitations and the urgent need to stabilize the child.
