Overview

Steven Seagal takes on the role of a hardened former cop grappling with a severe gambling addiction and overwhelming debt. His life takes a dark turn when a shadowy figure proposes a deal: eliminate the city's most feared gangsters, and in return, have his financial burdens erased.
