Overview

However, his story captivates troubled youth Jason Lutra, who becomes obsessed and starts mirroring Charlie's gruesome methods. As new murders echo Charlie's old patterns, Detective Brent Lowe recognizes the chilling connection. In a desperate bid to stop the copycat, he enlists Charlie's expertise, offering a full pardon in exchange for his assistance in capturing this new threat.
