Overview

Elmer, a wealthy socialite, finds himself smitten with Mary, who initially spurns his advances. When he mistakenly offers to enlist as a chauffeur, he unexpectedly joins the army. Fortuitously, Mary is also enlisting to boost troop morale. However, complications arise as Elmer's sergeant also has his sights set on Mary. Tensions mount as the group prepares to deploy to France, setting the stage for a comedic clash of affections amidst the chaos of military life.
