Betrayed (2020)

Overview

During World War II, Norwegian Jews initially feel a sense of security as German troops invade their country, but that safety quickly evaporates. As anti-Semitic measures escalate, radios are confiscated, passports are marked with a prominent "J," and all men over 15 are arrested. Many women, gripped by fear, anxiously await the return of their loved ones. On November 26, 1942, a night raid by police leads to the capture of hundreds, including men, women, and children, who are forced onto the German cargo ship "SS DONAU." Their fate awaits them at Auschwitz.
