Overview

Sadistic assassin Philip Raven finds himself furious after receiving marked bills for his latest hit. Determined to confront his treacherous employer, nightclub manager Gates, Raven boards a train where he encounters Ellen, Gates' enchanting new employee. Despite being engaged to a police lieutenant on Raven's trail, Ellen chooses to intervene, hoping to redirect the killer's misguided intentions. As Raven evades the law and schemes for vengeance, their unexpected connection complicates the dangerous game of cat and mouse unfolding around them.
