Betrayed (2018)

Overview

Seeking power in his city, the Mayor allies with the Russian mob, only to discover they refuse to play by his rules. To regain control, he conspires to betray them, facilitating a deal with the Cartel. However, the Russians soon retaliate by kidnapping the Mayor's daughter, plunging him into a perilous game of survival and deception.
