Overview

In memory of her deceased mother, Kelsey decides to prepare for a marathon and documents her training on social media. Her posts catch the attention of Billy (Keenan Tracey), a grocery store employee who looks after his disabled mother, Debbie. Consumed by obsession, Billy abducts Kelsey and confines her in their attic, exerting control over her for several years. When Debbie learns what has happened, she and Kelsey must join forces to escape and fight for their lives.
