Overview

Having sharpened his martial arts abilities in the Philippines and defeated Quino, Anthony Scott heads back to the U.S. for college, promising his mentor to steer clear of conflict. However, he quickly finds himself in the crosshairs of the local martial arts gang, the Tigers, led by the menacing Dick.
