Overview

Amidst the devastation of the Great Famine in 1847, Feeney, a battle-hardened Irish Ranger, returns to Ireland after serving in the British Army. Eager to reconnect with his estranged family, he is met with a grim and desolate reality—his homeland is a shadow of its former self, plagued by starvation and despair.
