Overview

Karl Kinsky, a disturbed tattoo artist, fixates on Maddy, a model he encounters during a body-painting job for a photoshoot featuring women adorned with faux tattoos. His infatuation spirals into a dangerous obsession, compelling him to believe that Maddy must carry his "mark" for eternity. As Kinsky’s fixation deepens, his unstable mind drives him to extreme lengths to claim Maddy as his own, blurring the lines between artistry and possession in a chilling exploration of obsession and control.
