Overview

Roger Mason finds himself trapped in a high-tech prison, yearning to reunite with his daughter. His repeated escape attempts are thwarted at the last moment, leading to severe punishments that include years spent in suspended animation. While he remains unchanged, his daughter ages, deepening his sense of hopelessness.
