Overview

Inspired by Gene Byrnes' comic strip, a group of adventurous boys, along with one girl, embark on a series of whimsical escapades. They set out to construct a unique land/water vehicle, form a band, and land a spot on the radio. Amidst birthday celebrations and unexpected encounters with gangsters, they find themselves on a heartwarming mission to reunite a wealthy recluse with her long-lost granddaughter and estranged daughter-in-law.
