Overview

Julia Rogers, a diligent and somewhat rigid real estate owner, finds her Christmas cheer completely absent. To secure a crucial listing for the Erickson Farmstead, she reluctantly spends five days at a festive inn alongside her rival, Chad Everest. As they vie for the lucrative deal, both Julia and Chad uncover unexpected similarities, challenging their initial perceptions of each other. Amidst the holiday spirit, they begin to realize that partnership may be more rewarding than competition.
