Overview

Gustav Adolf reflects on a pivotal day from his childhood, where he, along with his parents and his entire staircase, ventures to the beach for a day of joy and swimming. Set in a 1930s working-class district of Copenhagen, young Gustav Adolf (Benjamin Rothenborg Vibe) deeply admires his father, Axel (Erik Clausen), whose vibrant storytelling captivates the family.
