Overview

Notorious ex-con Gator McKlusky, fresh out of prison, seeks solace in his father’s cabin nestled in the Okefenokee Swamp. His aspirations of bootlegging are abruptly halted when a federal agent confronts him, threatening to sever his relationship with his 9-year-old daughter unless he aids in dismantling crime lord Bama McCall's operations. Teaming up with tenacious reporter Aggie Maybank and a band of quirky locals, McKlusky navigates a dangerous world of crime, determined to reclaim his life and protect his daughter from losing her father.
