Ghost Cat Anzu

Overview

Karin, a clever young girl, is left behind by her father and sent to live with her grandfather in a serene rural temple in Japan. Here, she encounters Anzu, a lazy but gigantic "ghost cat" assigned to watch over her. Initially skeptical of Anzu’s intentions, Karin disrupts his attempts to help the villagers and forms bonds with quirky forest spirits. In a bid to gain her trust, Anzu inadvertently strikes a deal with a devilish entity, unleashing chaos that forces them to confront their fears and forge an unlikely friendship.
