Overview

A chambermaid on a cruise ship leaves her job to care for her ill brother, only to uncover that their mother has disappeared. As her brother's health deteriorates, the siblings find themselves in a tight spot. They sneak into an abandoned condo unit for refuge, but soon realize that Penthouse 77 holds dark secrets and surprises that they never expected.
