Overview

A young woman arrives in London, hoping to secure a job but quickly finds herself entangled in a dangerous situation. At the train station, she encounters a man fatally wounded by a gang associated with greyhound racing. Becoming a suspect herself, she escapes to deliver a vital message to the victim's brother. Along the way, she receives unexpected aid from a nightclub performer, who turns out to be the very person she is looking for.
