Overview

New York City firefighter Terry Lynch faces despair when his injury from rescuing a girl leaves him without compensation. As he contemplates suicide, his brother Jimmy steps in, seeking help from Mayor Tyler. Instead of offering support, the corrupt mayor labels Terry a drunk, igniting Jimmy's fury. To fight back, he launches a graffiti campaign filled with witty slogans that ridicule the mayor.
