Overview

A thrilling car crash on Los Angeles highways uncovers a fierce rivalry between two alluring all-girl car theft crews. Young and savvy officer Brandy Martinez is tasked by Lieutenant Baynes (Steven Bauer) to go undercover and penetrate one of the factions. As she navigates the perilous world of crime, Brandy becomes romantically involved with Carlo, another undercover officer probing the gangs.
