Overview

During the vibrant Spring Break in Miami, Florida, notorious biker Edward "Diablo" Santer faces execution for murder, insisting on his innocence and threatening revenge from beyond the grave. Shortly after, a shadowy biker appears, triggering a wave of gruesome electrocutions among the partying teens.
