Overview

Sixty-five-year-old Pierfrancesco, a cantankerous doctor on night shifts, struggles with his health and a gruff demeanor towards patients. His life takes an unexpected turn when he collides with thirty-year-old delivery man Mario, leaving Mario's bike in ruins and exacerbating Pierfrancesco's sciatica. With their livelihoods at stake, Pierfrancesco devises a plan for Mario to visit patients under his remote guidance while also using Pierfrancesco's car for deliveries. Their night unfolds with a series of wild escapades, ultimately fostering an unlikely partnership that transforms both their lives for the better.
